Pflege ABC is a digital learning and support platform for informal caregivers - and an effective tool to relieve pressure on professional care services. Through quality-assured online care courses, practical video tutorials and digital tools, Pflege ABC provides hands-on knowledge on caregiving, organisation and prevention - free of charge for all members of statutory health insurance in Germany (§ 45 SGB XI).
