As a cloud based inventory control system, the independently in-house developed software “easySuite” always provides up-to-date data such as prices or sustainability data. All data and system maintenance is carried out centrally via PCM. Thanks to its modular structure, the software can be adapted to indivudal requirements. There is a choice of modules for ordering, warehouse management, production planning, goods receipt, controlling and dynamic reporting. The production module can be used to reduce food waste and record climate data. LMIV data on each item ensures the prescribed declaration obligation. The “easyDine” app makes menu recording easier and saves paper. This optimizes the processes between recording and kitchen planning thanks to digital support, which reduces the error rate in food distribution. With the module “easyTender”, facilities in the public sector can put food procurement out to tender digitally and in compliance with public procurement regulations. The “easySuite” software makes everyday work easier and guarantees optimal meals with a high degree of flexibility and full transparency regarding prices and purchasing behavior.
